Do you have a minimum order quantity or value?

Each product has a minimum order quantity shown on the details page, we also have a minimum order value of £10. Smaller quantities of some items are available from our eBay_Shop

How are your items priced?

Our unit of measure is per piece, some items are priced individually, some per 100 pieces and some per 100 meters.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12pm, will usually arrive the following working day, although this is not guaranteed.  Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually arrive on Tuesday.  If you want a guaranteed next day service, please select "DPD Next Day" in the drop down box and your goods will be delivered next working day (two days for NI, Highlands and Islands).

Please note If you select "Next Day" on Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday, if you want delivery on Saturday please select it from the drop down box.

The cut off for guaranteed next day delivery is 1pm Monday to Thursday and 11am on Friday.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands?

Yes we do.  If your order is under 3KG, it will be sent by Letter post, if it's over that, it will be sent by DPD on a 2 day service, please make sure you select the "NI, Highlands & Islands" option in the drop down box.

Which Courier do you use?

We use DPD for all UK next day and next day by 12 deliveries and a mixture of DPD and FedEx for overseas deliveries.

What happens if I've made a mistake or want to change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible, either by phone on 0121 327 1188 or email us quoting your name and order number.

What happens if the items aren’t what I expected when they arrive?

As long as the items are unused and undamaged you may return them to us, please contact us first and we will send you a returns note to send with the goods.

What happens if the order is short shipped?

If the quantity sent is not as ordered you must notify us within 14 days, we will send out any missing items as soon as possible.

What happens if the items are damaged when they arrive?

If the parcel is damaged, please sign for as such, then contact us immediately.

Can I order by telephone?

We prefer orders through the website as it speeds up the order process, but you are welcome to order by phone on 0121 327 1188 if this is a problem. The sales office is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes you can, choose "Click and Collect" from the "choose your delivery method" drop down box at check out, if you're planning to come straight after ordering please call first on 0121 327 1188 to make sure we have the items you want in stock.  The warehouse is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Friday.

Can I use your photos?

The photos on this site, or those sent to you as part of a quote or enquiry, are covered by copyright law and cannot be used for commercial purpose without our WRITTEN permission.  We use photo tracking software and can tell when photos are used on the internet without our permission.

How can I produce my own designs for the badges?

Kyd Products recommend Serif Page Plus©.  It's an excellent, cheap (around £20), desktop publishing program available to download here . (PC Only).

Do I have to pay duty and VAT (Non EU customers)?

Orders over a nominal value (differs with each country) will have VAT and duty added when they arrive at your countries customs, these charges are your responsibility, please contact your local customs office for details.

  • If you have purchased any products from us, the personal information we hold about you may include your name and address and possibly your contact numbers and email address, you can check and adjust what information we hold by logging into your account here
  • This personal information is needed for the purposes of providing you with an estimate/quotation or we have issued an invoice(s) for the goods provided by us. 
  • If you have registered with us but not purchased the only information held is your name and email address. You may also have opted to include your company name and phone number, you can check and adjust what information we hold by logging into your account here

 

Who do we share your information with?

  • Your details will never be shared unnecessarily and will remain under our control and management always. 
  • In some situations, it may be necessary to share your personal information with one of our delivery services. The data passed will be limited to that necessary to complete your delivery.
  • We will never sell your data to a third party.

 

Keeping your information safe

We treat the security of storing your personal information seriously. All data stored on our servers is kept secured to current PCI standards, a certificate of conformity is available if required.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your information only if it is necessary.  If we have entered into a contract with you and received payment for goods/services provided, it is necessary to keep your information for up to 7 years to satisfy HMRC tax regulations.  If you subscribe to a mailing list, the information is kept until you unsubscribe from the list. It is then irrevocably deleted.

Access to your information and other rights

You have a right to access the information that we hold about you and to receive a copy. You should submit your request to us in writing, by post to
